摘　　要：随着经济发展,人们对人才的需求日益多元化、专业化,岗位结构细分立体复杂化,且性别歧视等封建思想并没有在根本上消除,导致女大学生就业求职方面存在严重困难。解决女大学生就业难问题,需要政府、社会各界、企事业单位、高等学校多方面互通互联,构建多层次全方位促进女大学生平等就业体系。With the development of economy,the demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified and specialized,the job structure is divided into three-dimensional and complicated,and the feudal ideas such as gender discrimination are not fundamentally eliminated,which leads to serious difficulties in the employment of female college students.In order to solve the employment problem of female college students,it is necessary for the government,all sectors of society,enterprises and institutions of higher learning to connect with each other in many aspects and build a multi-level and all-round system to promote the equal employment of female college students.
