摘 要:采用好氧堆肥方式,选取高温持续时间、C/N降解速率、NH3-N降解速率、种子发芽指数、微生物数量5个评价指标,运用灰色关联度评价堆肥腐熟度,研究添加不同微生物菌剂对堆肥腐熟程度的影响。结果显示:添加微生物菌剂的T1、T2处理发酵15 d后,堆肥归入较好腐熟等级,CK在发酵20 d后才归入较好腐熟等级。结合堆肥温度与含水率变化趋势,表明添加微生物菌剂可加速物料升温,提高发酵温度,延长高温维持时间,缩短发酵周期,促进菜粕堆肥养分的转化,减少养分流失,提高有机肥品质。This study adopted aerobic composting method,using grey correlation to evaluate compost maturity with five evaluation indices,i.e.high-temperature duration,C/N degradation rate,NH3-N degradation rate,seed germination index and microbial number.Grey correlation degree was used to evaluate the maturity of compost,and the effect of adding different microbial agents on the maturity of compost was studied.The results showed that after 15 days fermentation,T1 and T2 added microbial agents were classified into a better maturity level,but CK into a better maturity level only after 20 days fermentation.Combined with the change of composting temperature and moisture content,the results showed that adding microbial agents could accelerate the temperature rise of materials,increase the fermentation temperature,prolong the high temperature maintenance time,shorten the fermentation cycle,promote the conversion of nutrients in rapeseed meal composting,reduce nutrient loss and improve the quality of organic fertilizer.
