控制平坝灰鹅就巢行为提高产蛋量的研究

摘　　要：为了控制平坝灰鹅的就巢行为,提高产蛋量,以5-羟色胺受体阻断剂醒抱灵B为材料进行口服饲喂试验。结果表明:平坝灰鹅于就巢当天口服5-羟色胺受体阻断剂醒抱灵B,就巢期从27.73 d缩短至5.23~8.83 d,就巢期体重下降不显著,10个月产蛋量提高51.36%~63.04%,每只试验母鹅10个月产蛋增加净收入34.68~46.88元,醒抱灵B的最适处理剂量为7.5 mg/kg。In order to control the brooding behavior and increase the egg production of Pingba grey goose,the oral feeding experiment was conducted with 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor blocker Xingbaoling B.The results showed that,the period of brooding was shortened from 27.73 days to 5.23-8.83 days by taking 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor blocker Xingbaoling B on the first day of brooding,the weight loss was not significant,the egg production increased by 51.36%-63.04%in 10 months,the net income increased by 34.68-46.88 yuan per each test goose in 10 months,and the optimal treatment dose of Xingbaoling B was 7.5 mg/kg.
