摘　　要：从全寿命周期角度对增量配电网每个阶段成本、收入存在的风险因素进行分析,在此基础上,归纳出电网企业以外的社会主体投资运营增量配电网需要关注的6类风险。一方面,这些风险因素通过影响园区用电需求量,从而间接对增量配电网收益造成影响,另一方面,这些风险因素直接作用于增量配电网相关成本费用和收入,给增量配电网造成损失。This paper analyzes the risk factors of cost and income in each stage of incremental distribution network from the perspective of life cycle.On this basis,six types of risks that need to be paid attention to by social entities other than grid enterprises are summarized.On the one hand,these risk factors indirectly affect the income of the incremental distribution network by affecting the electricity demand of the park.On the other hand,these risk factors directly affect the cost and revenue associated with the incremental distribution network,causing losses to the incremental distribution network.
