基于Solid Works的电机定子成型线圈参数化设计

摘　　要：大中型电机定子线圈一般采用成型绕组作为电机的核心部件。因此,成型绕组的设计和制造对整个电机性能参数起着关键作用。利用三维设计软件SolidWorks,基于经典定子硬线圈作图法,并结合实际涨形机参数特点,给出了定子成型线圈参数化设计方法,实现三维模型的快速修改与重建,显著提高了设计效率与设计精度。The stator coils of large-and medium-sized motors usually adopt hard formed windings as their core parts,thus the design and manufacturing of hard formed windings play a key role in the performance parameters of motors.By using 3D design software Solidworks,this paper gives parametric design method of stator hard formed coils combined with the classic drawing method of the coil and the parameter characteristics of actual expansion machine.The rapid modification and reconstruction of 3D model is realized,which significantly improves the design efficiency and accuracy.
