摘　　要：中药体内代谢物鉴别是中药现代化进程中的关键一步,不仅能阐明中药的药效物质基础,代谢物也常常作为新药发现的先导化合物。但由于生物样品中代谢物浓度低、内源性物质干扰大以及动态代谢转化过程复杂等问题,鉴别过程十分困难。近年来,一些基于高分辨质谱的鉴别策略,如:多元统计分析,代谢物预测,提取离子流等大大提高了鉴别的效率。主要对基于高分辨质谱的代谢物鉴别策略进行了综述。The identification of metabolite is a significant step in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,which could not only reveal the pharmacologically active substances,but also provide potential resources for discovering new drugs from traditional Chinese medicine.However,it is a difficult task to recognize metabolites in vivo due to low levels of concentration,dynamic bio-transformation,and interference from endogenous substances co-existed.In recent years,strategies based on high resolution mass spectrometry,such as multivariate statistical analysis,metabolite prediction and extraction of ion chromatography,have greatly improved the efficiency of identification.The strategies of metabolites identification based on HRMS were reviewed.
