摘 要:以液体硅酸钠为原料,十八醇为改性剂,在制备白炭黑的同时对其进行原位疏水改性。考察了反应温度、陈化时间、改性剂用量等因素对改性白炭黑活化度的影响。实验结果表明:改性剂十八醇的用量为28wt%,添加剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠用量为4wt%,改性温度为85℃,首次陈化时间30 min,再次陈化时间为60 min时,制得的改性白炭黑疏水性能最好,活化度为99.51%。利用FT-IR、SEM等分析测试手段对改性前后样品的结构、形态进行表征,结果表明白炭黑已成功改性。White carbon black was prepared and hydrophobic modified in situ with liquid sodium silicate as raw material,octadecyl alcohol as modifier.The effects of reaction temperature,aging time,modifier dosage and other factors on the activation degree of modified silica were investigated.The results showed that the precipitated silica modified with octadecanol had the highest hydrophobicity with an activation degree of 99.51%when the modifier octadecanol was 28wt%,the additive sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate was 4wt%,the modification temperature was 85℃,the first aging time was 30 min and the second aging time was 60 min.The structure and morphology of the samples before and after modification were characterized by FT-IR and SEM,it was found that the modified silica was well modified.
