摘 要:以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定云南松松塔抗肿瘤活性部位的多糖含量。首先考察各显色条件对云南松松塔抗肿瘤活性部位多糖含量测定的影响,确定最佳显色条件为:5%苯酚用量为0.6 mL,水浴温度为60℃,水浴加热时间为20 min,浓硫酸用量为6.0 mL。该方法操作简便、稳定性好,可用于云南松松塔抗肿瘤活性部位多糖含量的测定。Using glucose as reference,the content of polysaccharide was determined by using phenol-sulfuric method.The effects of various color conditions on the determination of polysaccharide content in the anti-tumor active site from pinecones of Pinus yunnanensis Faranch were investigated,and the optimum color conditions were determined.The optimum color conditions were as follows:the volume of 5%phenol solution was 0.6 mL,bath heating temperature was 60℃,heating time was 20 minutes and the volume of concentrated sulfuric acid solution was 6.0 mL.The method was simple and stable.It can be used to determine the content of polysaccharides in the anti-tumor active site of Pinus yunnanensis Faranch.
