摘 要:通过共沉淀-模板法制备SiO2-CaO-P2O5-CoFe2O4磁性空心微球.采用综合热分析(TG-DTA)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱(EDS)系统研究不同玻璃组成对玻璃陶瓷空心微球形貌和结晶的影响.制备的玻璃微球经过800℃热处理2 h后,可以得到玻璃陶瓷空心微球,其平均粒径为300 nm左右,且获得的微球存在一定团聚现象.同时在微球玻璃中析出纯的磁性CoFe2O4晶体相.利用茶碱作为药物模型,研究玻璃陶瓷空心微球的药物缓释行为,发现这种磁性玻璃陶瓷空心微球兼具靶向、磁热疗、生物相容性、药物缓释于一体,在肿瘤治疗方面有重要应用.The SiO2-CaO-P2O5-CoFe2O4 magnetic hollow microspheres were prepared by a template mediated co-precipitate method.The impact of the contents on the morphology and crystallization of the glass ceramic microsphere were studied by means of integrated thermal gravimetric analyzer(TG-DTA),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum(EDS).After annealed at 800℃for 2 h,the hollow microspheres with mean size of 300 nm was obtained.Some degree of aggregation between the microspheres was observed in SEM images.Moreover,pure CoFe2O4 nanocrystals were precipitated from the glassy matrix after heat treatment.The obtained hollow glass-ceramic microspheres exhibited sustained drug release behavior by using TP as drug model.The hollow glass-ceramic microspheres developed in this study combine multi-functions of magnetic targeting,hyperthermal treatment,biocompability and drug delivery,and they have great potential applications in tumor therapy.
