摘 要:为提高煤矿安全评价的精度和可靠性,结合煤矿安全综合评价指标体系,提出一种基于多层次模糊综合评价法和WPA-ELM的煤矿安全评价模型。首先,根据煤矿安全运行状态评价指标体系建立多层次模糊综合评价模型;然后,根据不同指标的权重系数和评价基准值,计算出煤矿安全最终的状态评价得分;最后,将第N-6~N-1次共6个月的煤矿安全运行状态评分值作为WPA-ELM的输入,第N月的煤矿安全运行状态评分值作为WPA-ELM的输出,建立WPA-ELM煤矿安全评价模型。研究结果表明,与PSO-ELM和ELM相比,提出的WPA-ELM模型具有更高的预警准确率和更优的模型性能,为煤矿安全运行状态预警提供了新的方法和途径。In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of coal mine safety evaluation,a kind of coal mine safety evaluation model based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and WPA-ELM was proposed in combination with the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine safety.Firstly,according to the coal mine safety operation evaluation index system,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established,and then the final state evaluation score of coal mine safety was calculated in line with the weight coefficient and evaluation benchmark value of different indicators,and finally,the coal mine safety operation status score values at the N-6—N-1 time in 6 months were regarded as input of WPA-ELM,and the coal mine safety operation status score values at the N month as the output of WPA-ELM,to establish WPA-ELM coal mine safety evaluation model.Compared with PSO-ELM and ELM,the results show that the proposed WPA-ELM model has higher warning accuracy and better model performance,which provides a new method for the early warning of coal mine safety operation status.
