压力管道膨胀节稳定性试验的不确定度评定

摘　　要：文中主要按照GB/T 12777—2019,使用膨胀节综合性能试验装置对压力管道膨胀节进行了稳定性试验。通过对施加试验压力前后的波距测试结果的不确定度评定,进一步计算出稳定性试验测试结果的不确定度,计算得到稳定性测试结果的相对扩展不确定度为1.21%。In accordance with GB/T 12777—2019,the stability test of expansion joints in pressure pipeline was carried out with the comprehensive performance test device of expansion joints.By evaluating the uncertainty of the test results of the wave distance before and after the test pressure was applied,the uncertainty of the test results of the stability test was further calculated,and the relative extended uncertainty of the test results was calculated to be 1.21%.
