安全信息力驱动下的系统安全涌现研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]安全信息学为安全科学研究打开了全新视角,基于安全信息提出的安全概念也为深入认识系统安全并解决系统安全问题提供崭新思路。[方法/过程]首先定义安全信息力(SIF)并明晰其内涵与意义;其次通过类比法分析安全信息力的力学特性,阐述安全信息力在系统中的微观作用形式;在此基础上,结合系统科学原理,提出系统安全属于系统的一种内驱涌现特性,构建安全信息力驱动下的系统安全涌现机理模型;最后提炼系统安全涌现研究带给安全科学研究的新启示。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,系统安全的本质是安全信息力驱动系统组分形成良好安全信息结构,并经系统层次效应累积与跃迁,最终在系统整体呈现的一种涌现特性。安全涌现性研究能够为系统安全管理、安全系统设计、事故致因分析等多方面安全研究提供新的启示。[Purpose/Significance]Safety informatics has created a new perspective for safety science research,and the safety-related concepts based on safety information can provide new ideas for understanding system safety and solving safety-related problems.[Method/Process]In this paper,the concept of safety-related information force(SIF)was firstly defined and its connotation was clarified.The mechanical properties of SIF were analyzed by using an analogy to the force in physics,and how SIF functions on the system in a micro view was illustrated.Also on the basis of systematics theories,it was proposed that safety is an emergent property of system driven by safety-related information force and the driving mechanism was modeled for explanation.Finally,the paper refines new enlightenment for safety science research through the study of safety emergence.[Result/Conclusion]The research results show that the essence of safety is an emergent property of the system as a consequence of fine safety information structures being constructed driven by SIF and the accumulation and transition of the safety effect across levels of system.The study of safety emergence provides new enlightenment for system safety management,safety system design and accident causation analysis,etc.
