摘　　要：[目的/意义]在互联网的影响下,图书馆中心任务已经从以资源建设为主转变为服务为主,为了给读者提供更好的服务,当前高校图书馆出现了门户网站改版浪潮,有必要挖掘影响图书馆门户质量的深层次因素。[方法/过程]将读者问卷调研与42所“双一流”高校图书馆门户网站调研相结合,借助SPSS Modeler工具构建图书馆门户的类神经网络模型与广义线性模型,从主观与客观分析读者需求与图书馆门户网站之间的矛盾。[结果/结论]提出改进图书馆门户网站的建议,希望研究成果可为将要改版门户网站的高校图书馆提供有价值的参考。[Purpose/Significance]Under the influence of the internet,the core task of the library has changed from resource construction to service.In order to provide better services for readers,the current wave of portal website revision appears in the university library,it is necessary to explore the deep-seated factors that affect the quality of library portal.[Method/Process]This paper combines the reader's questionnaire survey with the survey of 42"double first-class"university library portals,constructs the neural network like model and generalized linear model of library websites with the help of SPSS Modeler,analyzes the contradiction between the reader's needs and the library portals from the subjective and objective aspects.[Result/Conclusion]And puts forward suggestions for improving the library portals,hoping that the research results can provide university libraries with valuable reference on the portal website revision.
