布托啡诺复合右美托咪定对高血压脑出血患者术后镇痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨布托啡诺复合右美托咪定对高血压脑出血患者术后镇痛的效果。方法:选取某院高血压脑出血手术患者70例,以随机数字法分为对照组(布托啡诺)和研究组(布托啡诺联合右美托咪定),每组各35例。比较不同药物术后镇痛效果的差异性。结果:与对照组比较,研究组术后24 h心率更低,术后2、6、12、24 h收缩压及舒张压更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后各时间段VAS评分比较研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药后不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者镇痛满意度比较,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布托啡诺复合右美托咪定用于高血压脑出血,可有效改善血流动力学指标,减少不良反应,提高患者镇痛满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative analgesia in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:70 patients with hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group(butorphanol,35 cases)and a study group(butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine,35 cases).The differences of postoperative analgesic effect of different drugs were compared.Results:After surgery,the heart rate was lower at 24h,systolic and diastolic blood pressure was lower at 2h,6h,12h and 24h,in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS scores in the study group at different time points after surgery were lower,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than that of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).In comparison with the control group,the pain relief satisfaction of the study group was higher,which was of significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine can achieve definite analgesic effect,improve hemodynamics,reduce adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction in postoperative analgesia.
