摘　　要：目的调查老年血液透析患者生活质量并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取122例老年血液透析患者为研究对象,使用健康状况调查问卷简表及自行设计的一般资料调查表进行调查,通过单因素分析、多元逐步回归分析探究老年血液透析患者生活质量的影响因素。结果老年血液透析患者生活质量总分为(52.01±21.48)分,躯体健康总评分为(48.98±22.77)分,心理健康总评分为(55.80±22.20)分,各维度分均低于国内常模。多元逐步回归分析发现,文化程度和医保支付类型可正向预测生活质量、躯体健康、心理健康,年龄和合并其他疾病数目可负向预测生活质量、躯体健康、心理健康。结论老年血液透析患者生活质量较低,年龄、文化程度、医保支付类型和合并其他疾病数目是生活质量的影响因素。Objective To investigate quality of life for elderly hemodialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 122 elderly hemodialysis patients by convenient sampling and investigate them by the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and self designed general information questionnaire.Explore the influencing factors of quality of life for elderly hemodialysis patients by single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Result The total score on quality of life for elderly hemodialysis patients is(52.01±21.48).The total score on physical health is(48.98±22.77).The total score on mental health is(55.80±22.20).Scores on each dimension are all lower than norm.Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that education level and payment type of medical insurance have positive predictable function,and age and the number of other complicated diseases have negative predictable function on quality of life,physical health and mental health.Conclusion Quality of life for elderly hemodialysis patients is low.Age,education level,payment type of medical insurance and other complicated diseases are its influencing factors.
