中医护理技术应用于乳腺癌患者的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的对中医护理技术应用于乳腺癌患者的相关文献进行计量学分析。方法计算机检索数据库2000年1月1日至2018年12月31日发表于中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库的中医护理技术应用于乳腺癌患者的文献,利用NoteExpress去重,Excel建立数据库,对其每年发文量、发文地区、机构分布、期刊分布、合作率、被引次数、基金项目资助情况、研究热点、中医护理技术分布和主要并发症分布进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献369篇,其中期刊论文327篇、学位论文42篇。论文数量总体呈上升趋势,2000年至2010年增长缓慢,2011年至2018年增长较快;文献第一作者分布于21个省、4个直辖市、3个自治区;作者机构类型以综合性医院(42.82%)、中医院(27.64%)和医学院校(19.78%)为主;文献发表于159种期刊,平均发文量2.32篇;文献合作率60.16%,合作度2.12;文献平均被引次数2.62次;研究热点集中在乳腺癌术后和化疗两个时期,中医护理技术以单项技术按摩为主,主要针对乳腺癌上肢淋巴水肿、恶心呕吐、疼痛、术肢功能障碍以及睡眠障碍等并发症。结论中医护理技术应用于乳腺癌患者的相关研究日益受到关注,地域分布广泛,但论文的学术影响力有待提高。Objective Carry out bibliometric analysis on related literature on traditional Chinese medical(TCM)nursing skills applied for patients with breast cancer.Method Search literature on TCM nursing skills applied for patients with breast cancer published in CNKI and Wanfang from 1st Jan.2000 to 31st Dec.2018 by computer.Remove repetition by NoteExpress and form a database by Excel.Carry out statistical analysis on annual quantity of the articles,regional distribution,institutions distribution,journal distribution,coauthor rate,cited times,fund assistance,research focus,TCM nursing skills distribution and major complications distribution.Result 369 articles are included,in which 327 are periodical thesis and 42 are dissertations.The quantity of articles is increasing,which grows slow from 2000 to 2010 and grows faster from 2011 to 2018.The first authors are from 21 provinces,4 municipalities and 3 autonomous regions.Institutions are mostly general hospitals(42.82%),TCM hospitals(27.64%)and medical colleges(19.78%).The articles are published in 159 periodicals.The average publishing quantity is 2.32.Coauthor rate is 60.16%.Cooperation degree is 2.12.Average cited times is 2.62.Research focus are on two stages of after operation and during chemotherapy.TCM nursing skills are mostly single skill massage,which is focus on relieving complications of upper limb lymphedema,nausea and vomiting,pain,limb dysfunction and sleep disorders.Conclusion Related research on TCM nursing skills applied for patients with breast cancer attracts more attention.It's widely distributed but needs promotion on academic influence.
