摘  要:对NHL10耐候高强度螺栓钢进行了875℃水淬和400~650℃回火。检测了钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,钢的显微组织由回火托氏体转变为回火索氏体,碳原子向马氏体板条边界聚集、球化;马氏体板条束的平均尺寸逐渐增大,大角度晶界数量增多,钢的屈服强度与马氏体板条束、板条块结构尺寸的-1/2次方呈线性关系。经875℃水淬和500℃回火的钢的力学性能满足10.9S级高强度螺栓的要求。NHL10 weatherproof steel for high-strength bolts was quenched from 875℃in water and tempered at temperatures ranging from 400℃to 650℃,then was subjected to microstructure survey and mechanical properties measurements.The results showed that as the tempering temperature rose,the microstructure changed from tempered troostite to tempered sorbite,the carbon atoms aggregated in the boundary of martensite lath and sphericized.In addition,the average size of martensite lath increased,amount of the large angle grain boundaries increased gradually,and the yield strength was linearly correlated with Packet and Block size to the power of-1/2.The mechanical properties of the tested steel quenched from 875℃in water and tempered at 500℃meet the requirements of 10.9S-grade high-strength bolt.
