摘  要:利用DEFORM-3D有限元仿真软件,结合SDP1钢的组织演变模型,对大截面塑料模具钢多向锻造过程中微观组织演化进行了模拟,并对比分析了多向锻造与传统镦拔锻造对微观组织的影响。结果表明:在多向锻造过程中,初次锻造(第一锻造工步)后,锻件心部晶粒细致均匀(45.4~49.9μm)、端面附近晶粒粗大(200μm);一道次多向锻造后试样心部的平均晶粒尺寸约为40.6~43.3μm,略大于传统锻造后的35.7~46.0μm。但整体来看,多向锻造后试样的平均晶粒尺寸为11~60μm,明显小于传统锻造后的12~132μm,微观组织的均匀性得到明显改善。Based on the microstructure evolution model of SDP1 steel,the microstructure evolution of large cross-section plastic die steel during multi-directional forging(MDF)was simulated by using the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D.In addition,the effects of MDF and traditional upsetting and drawing forging(TUDF)on the microstructure were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the grain size in the center of forged piece was fine and uniform(45.4μm to 49.9μm),while size of grain near the end face was coarse(200μm)after initial forging by MDF process.The average grain size in the core of the forged piece after single pass MDF was measured roughly as 40.6μm to 43.3μm,being slightly larger than the post-TUDF level of about 35.7μm to 46.0μm.Taken together,however,the average grain size of the specimen after MDF was about 11μm to 60μm,which was significantly lower than the post-TUDF level of about 12μm to 132μm,so the homogeneity of the microstructures was improved obviously.
