摘 要:通过金相检验、单轴拉伸试验、极限拉深试验及杯突试验研究了第二代先进高强度TWIP1000钢的显微组织、力学性能和胀形性能,并与第一代先进高强度DP600钢的组织和性能进行了对比。结果表明:TWIP1000钢的室温组织为奥氏体,奥氏体晶粒直径为5~15μm,DP600钢的室温组织由铁素体和马氏体组成;TWIP1000钢的抗拉强度为977 MPa,屈服强度为501 MPa,断后伸长率为62.3%,应变硬化指数为0.33;而DP600钢的抗拉强度为624 MPa,屈服强度为391 MPa,断后伸长率为28.1%,应变硬化指数为0.17,TWIP1000钢的力学性能显著优于DP600钢。此外,TWIP1000钢和DP600钢的极限拉深比分别为2.31和2.24,二者差异不明显。所有TWIP1000钢杯突试验的试样都未破裂,而DP600钢的平均杯突值为14.51 mm,说明TWIP1000钢板的胀形性能优于DP600钢板。Microstructure,mechanical properties and bulging capability of the second generation of advanced high-strength TWIP1000 steel were investigated by means of metallographic examination,uniaxial tensile test,ultimate drawing test and Erichsen test,and compared with those of the first generation of advanced high-strength DP600 steel.The results showed that the microstructure at room temperature was austenite having grains 5μm to 15μm in diameter for the TWIP1000 steel and composed of ferrite and martensite for the DP600 steel;and that TWIP1000 steel and the DP600 steel exhibited respectively tensile strength of 977 MPa and 624 MPa,yield strength of 501 MPa and 391 MPa,elongation of 62.3%and 28.1%,and strain-hardening exponents of 0.33 and 0.17,indicating that the TWIP1000 steel was significantly superior to the DP600 steel in mechanical properties.Moreover,the TWIP1000 steel differed slightly from the DP600 steel in ultimate drawing ratio which were 2.31 for the former and 2.24 for the latter.All the Erichsen test specimens of TWIP1000 steel did not crack,whereas average Erichsen value of the DP600 steel was 14.51 mm,indicating that the TWIP1000 steel plate was superior to the DP600 steel plate in bulging capability.
