摘 要:结晶辊的温度场分布对薄带连铸凝固过程有重要影响。采用商业软件ProCAST模拟了低碳钢薄带双辊连铸凝固过程,并在此基础上考虑了结晶辊转动、水冷强度及结晶辊涂层种类对薄带连铸凝固过程的影响。结果表明:当水冷对流换热系数为250000 W/(m2·K)时,铸辊转动10 s后,其温度场基本达到了稳定状态,薄带凝固厚度从热循环开始时的1.004 mm减小至稳定状态的0.976 mm;当水冷对流换热系数从5485 W/(m2·K)→40040 W/(m2·K)→250000 W/(m2·K)逐渐增加时,铸辊外表面最高温度从686.4℃→586.7℃→556.4℃逐渐降低,薄带连铸整体温度场的温度不断降低;导热系数相近的涂层对薄带连铸凝固过程的影响不大。Temperature field of casting roll has an important influence on the solidification process of thin-strip during continuous casting.The commercial software ProCAST was employed to simulate the heat transfer and solidification of low-carbon steel thin-strip during the twin-roll continuous casting.On this basis,the influence of roll rotation,cooling intensity and coating types of the casting roll on the solidification process of thin-strip during twin-roll continuous casting were considered.The results indicated that the temperature field of cast roll reached a steady state after rotating for 10 s when the water-cooled convective heat transfer coefficient was 250000 W/(m2·K),and the strip thickness reduced from 1.004 mm at the start of thermal cycle to 0.976 mm in steady state.When the water cooling convective heat transfer coefficient increased from 5485 W/(m2·K)to 40040 W/(m2·K)and to 250000 W/(m2·K),the maximum temperature of the outer surface of cast roll decreased gradually from 686.4℃to 586.7℃and to 556.4℃,and the temperature field of the whole thin-strip in continuous casting decreased continuously.Coatings with similar thermal conductivity had a little effect on solidification process of thin-strip during continuous casting.
