摘　　要：介绍某变电站10 kV母线破裂瓷支柱绝缘子异常发热故障,采用工频交流耐压试验分析法得出破裂瓷支柱绝缘子红外热像与泄漏电流变化特征,并通过孔隙性试验判断出制作工艺不良是导致该瓷支柱绝缘子破裂的主要原因,为电网一线作业人员提供参考。This paper introduces an abnormal heating fault of a 10 kV busbar rupture porcelain post insulator in a substation,using the power frequency AC withstand voltage test analysis method to obtain the infrared thermal image and leakage current variation characteristics of the ruptured porcelain post insulator,and through the porosity test,it is judged that the poor manufacturing process is the main cause of the porcelain post insulator breakage,it provides reference for frontline operators of the power grid.
