摘　　要：针对多家核电厂所使用的配备有某厂家SN/ST 175/220型电动执行器的电动阀故障无法开启现象,结合A核电厂处理该缺陷的案例,从电动执行器本身质量分析故障根本原因,并提出相应整改措施,为同类核电工程类似的设备缺陷处理提供经验反馈和借鉴。In view of the fact that the electric valves equipped with SN/ST 175/220 electric actuator of a certain manufacturer failed to open in many nuclear power plants,combined with the case of A nuclear power plant handling the defect,this paper analyzes the root cause of the fault from the quality of the electric actuator itself and puts forward corresponding rectification measures,which provides empirical feedback and reference for similar equipment defect treatment of the same kind of nuclear power projects.
