摘 要:华能天津IGCC电站工程余热锅炉经过长时间的运行,燃机排气中的硫化物在余热锅炉低温受热面处粘附结晶,积累的结晶物严重堵塞烟气通道,导致燃机排气压力超过设计值。为保证燃机、余热锅炉运行安全,提高机组热效率,将堵塞的低温受热面进行改造更换。分析天津IGCC电站工程余热锅炉排烟阻力增加原因,介绍余热锅炉低温受热面的升级改造方案,并分析改造后的效果和经济性。After a long-term operation of the waste heat boiler of Huaneng Tianjin IGCC power station project,the sulfur compounds in the exhaust gas of the gas turbine adhere to crystallize at the low-temperature heating surface of the waste heat boiler.The accumulated crystals severely block the flue gas passage,causing the exhaust pressure of the gas turbine to exceed the design value.In order to ensure the safe operation of gas turbines and waste heat boilers and improve the thermal efficiency of the unit,the blocked low-temperature heating surface was modified and replaced.The reasons for the increase of the exhaust heat resistance of the waste heat boiler in Tianjin IGCC power station project was analyzed.The upgrade and reconstruction plan of the low temperature heating surface of the waste heat boiler were introduced,and the effect and economics of the transformation were analyzed.
