摘 要:海南电网新建第二回500 kV交流线路与广东电网互联,采用4根海缆(含1根备用海缆)与联网第一回海缆平行敷设。为研究海南联网工程两回海缆并列运行时备用相导体感应电压对电缆运行安全和人身安全的影响,利用ATP-EMTP仿真软件建立了500 kV双回路海缆模型。考虑了备用海缆位置、终端站接地电阻、海缆铠装与金属护套接地方式的因素对海缆导体感应电压影响。研究结果可为备用海缆切换安全问题提供指导,并可为其他海缆工程的设计提供参考。Four submarine cables(including one standby submarine cable)are laid in parallel with the first circuit submarine cables in the Hainan Grid Interconnection Project II.In order to study the influence of the induced voltage of the standby phase conductor on the safety of cable operation and personal safety in the parallel operation of two-circuit submarine cables in Hainan interconnection project,a 500 kV double-circuit submarine cable model is established by using the ATP-EMTP simulation software.The influence of the position of the standby submarine cable,the grounding resistance of the terminal station,and the grounding mode of submarine cable armor and metal sheath on the induced voltage of submarine cable conductor is considered.The research results can provide guidance for the safety problems of standby submarine cable switching and provide reference for the design of other submarine cable projects.
