摘  要:以多级孔Y分子筛为酸性组分,采用孔饱和浸渍法制备了含分子筛的CoMoP/Al2O3加氢催化剂,通过X射线衍射、N_2吸附-脱附、高分辨透射电镜、吡啶吸附红外光谱等表征手段对分子筛样品进行物化性质分析,并以4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩为模型化合物,在固定床高压微反装置上考察多级孔分子筛的加入对4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫反应活性的影响。结果表明:多级孔Y分子筛较高的介孔比表面积和介孔孔体积有利于提高分子筛B酸中心的可接近性;与参比剂CoMoP/Al2O3-Y相比,B酸酸量较高的多级孔Y分子筛催化剂的酸催化反应活性明显增强,总加氢脱硫反应活性提高;随着分子筛强B酸酸量的增加,含Y分子筛催化剂的甲基转移反应活性明显提高。CoMoP catalysts containing zeolites were prepared by saturated impregnation using hierarchical Y zeolites as acidic components.The zeolite samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N 2 adsorption-desorption,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and pyridine-FTIR techniques.The HDS performance of CoMoP catalysts containing hierarchical Y zeolites was evaluated in a high pressure micro-reactor using 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene as a model compound.The results showed that the high external surface area and mesoporous volume of hierarchical Y zeolites contributed to higher accessibility of Br nsted acid sites.Compared with the reference CoMoP Al 2O 3-Y catalyst,the catalysts containing hierarchical Y zeolites with high Br nsted acidity exhibited enhanced acid-catalyzed reaction activity and higher total HDS activity.The transalkylation activity was increased with the strong Br nsted acidity of zeolite.
