摘 要:以团聚块状活性白土为母体,在碱性条件下将其分散剥离,并通过十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的导向作用,向白土层间引入近程有序介孔SiO2,成功合成了片状介孔化活性白土。采用等体积浸渍法对活性白土和介孔化活性白土进行铜离子(Cu^2+)改性。静态试验结果表明,铜负载量(w)为25%、活化温度为150℃时,所制得的介孔化活性白土催化作用下模拟原料中丙硫醇的转化率接近100%。动态试验结果表明,介孔化活性白土具有更高的Cu^2+承载能力,并且在相同的Cu^2+负载量下,表现出比活性白土更为优异的丙硫醇催化氧化性能。研究丙硫醇催化氧化机理后发现,过量丙硫醇在Cu^2+的催化作用下形成了二丙基二硫醚。In this paper,agglomerated bulk activated clay was used as precursor,which was stripped and dispersed under basic conditions,and then the short-range ordered mesoporous SiO 2 was introduced into the activated clay interlayers by the guiding of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)to obtain the flake mesoporous activated clay.The as synthesized mesoporous activated clay and the reference activated clay were subjected to copper ion(Cu 2+)modification by equal volume impregnation method.The static catalytic oxidation experiment with 1-propanethiol hexane solution showed that the conversion of 1-propanethiol on Cu 2+modified clay was close to 100%when the copper loading was 25%(w)and the activation temperature was 150℃.Dynamic catalytic oxidation experiment showed that the mesoporous activated clay had higher Cu 2+loading capacity and exhibited better catalytic oxidation performance for thiol under the same Cu 2+loading.In addition,the study on catalytic oxidation mechanism of 1-propanethiol found that the excessive 1-propanethiol was catalyzed by Cu 2+to form dipropyl disulfide.
