摘 要:黄河下游的河道整治以防洪为主要目的,修建的河道整治工程除能控导中常洪水和一般流量下的河势、有利于防洪工程安全外,还必须保证在大洪水及超标准洪水时过流通畅,具有足够的过洪能力。排洪河槽宽度是按规划治导线布置整治工程时的一个控制指标。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,通过分析水文断面及河段内的排洪河槽宽度,并结合黄河下游实测过洪能力,综合分析确定黄河下游排洪河槽宽度。研究认为,主槽宣泄80%的洪水所需要的排洪河槽宽度分别为铁谢至伊洛河口、高村至国那里河段不小于1600 m,伊洛河口至高村河段不小于2000 m。The river training in the lower reaches of the Yellow River takes flood control as its main purpose,therefore,in addition to being a ble to control the river potential under frequent flood and general flow and the safety of flood control projects,the river training projects must also ensure smooth flow during major floods and ultra standard floods,and have sufficient capacity for over flood.The width of flood discharge channel is a control index in the layout and regulation project of the planned treatment wire.On the basis of summing up the existing research results,the river channel width of flood discharge in the lower reaches of the Yellow River was determined by analyzing the hydrological sec tion and the width of flood discharge channel in the river section combining with the measured flood capacity in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The study concludes that the minimum width required for the main channel to discharge 80%of the flood is that the width of channel from Tiexie to the river mouth of Yiluo and Gaocun to Guonali section is not less than 1600 m and the channel width from the river mouth of Yiluo to Gaocun section is not less than 2000 m.
