摘  要:针对多沙河流水库健康的内涵,构建包含水库结构安全、上下游河段健康、社会服务效益和区域生态系统四个方面的汾河水库健康评价指标体系,建立基于层次分析法、云模型和加权平均法的模糊综合评价模型对其进行健康评价。结果表明汾河水库处于健康状态,但其健康值偏低,存在健康下滑趋势,主要体现在水库泥沙淤积严重、径流调节能力减弱等方面。可见,泥沙淤积对多沙河流水库的安全运行带来了多方面的影响,进而影响到了其健康状况,解决泥沙问题已经成为汾河水库运行与管理的迫切需要。This article aimed at the connotation of the health of the sediment laden river reservoir and constructed the health evaluation index system of the Fenhe Reservoir which included the safety of the reservoir structure,the health of the upstream and downstream reaches,social benefits and the regional ecosystem.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the health of the reservoir based on AHP,cloud model and weighted average method.The results show that the Fenhe Reservoir is in a health state,but its health value is low and the decline of health status cannot be ignored,which is mainly reflected by the serious siltation of the reservoir,weakened runoff regula tion capacity and other aspects.It can be seen that the sediment harm has brought many impacts on the safe operation of the sediment laden river reservoirs,which has affected their health status,solving the sediment problem has become an urgent need for the operation and man agement of the Fenhe Reservoir.
