摘  要:针对某露顶式平面钢闸门自由出流下水动力特性及闸门动态响应进行研究,基于ANSYS Workbench平台的Fluent流体分析模块及Static Structural固体结构分析模块,结合动网格技术采用VOF法捕捉闸门开启过程时自由表面流,获得了闸门开启过程中瞬时流速、动水压力、湍动能的发生发展过程。同时,考虑动水压力变化,进行水流-闸门的单向流固耦合数值模拟,闸门应力、应变时程变化规律表明:闸门起吊时各构件最大等效应力大于起吊前的;开启过程中,各项最大应力随时间非线性减小;最大应力值及最大变形主要集中在底部主横梁靠近中间纵梁区域。In view of the hydrodynamic characteristics and dynamic response of free flow out of a top emersed top steel gate,basing on the Fluent fluid analysis module and the Static Structural solid structure analysis module of ANSYS Workbench platform,the free surface flow of gate opening was captured by the dynamic grid technology and VOF method,then,the occurrence and development process of instantaneous velocity,dynamic water pressure and turbulent kinetic energy under the gate opening were obtained.At the same time,considering the change of the dynamic water pressure,the numerical simulation of unidirectional fluid solid coupling of the water gate was carried out.The law of the stress and strain term changes indicates that the maximum equivalent stress of gate members after lifted is greater than that in nor mal water retaining condition;the maximum stress decreases with the opening time;the maximum stress value and deformation are mainly concentrated on the areas of bottom main beams near the middle longitudinal beam.
