摘 要:水利工程投标项目优选决策对承包商而言至关重要,关乎企业生存发展。为确保工程投标决策的合理性,综合考虑水利工程投标决策影响因素的不确定性、灰色关联性及信息不完备性,采用灰色关联分析法进行决策研究,同时为体现各评价指标对决策结果的贡献度,采用无穷拟投项目多目标决策思想,以求解有限拟投项目多目标客观权重,构建灰色多目标决策优选模型。将该模型运用到某水利施工企业工程投标决策,证明该方法具有一定的实用性、易操作性及简捷性,可供类似工程投标决策借鉴。The optimal decision of water conservancy bidding project is very important for the contractor,which concerns enterprises existence and development.In order to ensure the rationality of project bidding decision making,considering the uncertainty,grey relativity and incom pleteness of information of influencing factors of water conservancy project bidding decision making comprehensively,the grey relational anal ysis method was used to make decision making research.At the same time,in order to reflect the contribution of each evaluation index to the decision result,the multi objective decision making idea of the infinitely planned project was used to solve the multi objective objective weight of the limited planned project and the gray multi objective decision making model was constructed.The model was applied to the pro ject bidding of a water conservancy construction enterprise.It had proved that the method had certain engineering practicability,ease of oper ation and simplicity,which could be used for reference in similar project bidding decision making.
