摘  要:溪洛渡水电站单机容量770 MW,最大水头226 m,蜗壳尺寸大、承受的内水压力高。为设计蜗壳合理的垫层方案,从改善蜗壳结构的受力状况出发,通过建立蜗壳三维有限元模型,进行线弹性计算和非线性有限元计算,对垫层厚度、包角和平面铺设范围以及蜗壳应力、钢筋应力、混凝土裂缝开展与宽度等物理力学指标进行分析,从而确定合理的垫层方案。在结构计算结果的基础上进行蜗壳安全监测设计。针对蜗壳不同结构形状、不同垫层方案选择监测断面;选用多种监测仪器对钢衬及外围混凝土应力、应变进行全面监测,以分析机组运行性态和评价机组运行安全情况。The unit capacity of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is 770 MW and the maximum head is 226 m,having the features of big size of spiral case and high internal water pressure.In order to design reasonable cushion plan for spiral case,starting from improving suffer pressure of volute structure and through establishing three-dimensional finite element model of volute,it conducted linear elastic calculation and non linear finite element calculation.It analyzed the volute stress,reinforcement stress and development and width of concrete cracks physical in dicators for determining a reasonable cushion plan.On the basis of structural calculation results,safety monitoring design of spiral case was carried out.The monitoring section was selected according to the different structural shapes and different cushion schemes.It selected and used various monitoring instrument to conduct overall monitoring in spiral case for analyzing the unit operation behavior and evaluating the safety of unit operation.
