摘 要:钙钛矿型La2CuO4材料由于具有良好的催化活性和热稳定性,有望取代贵金属成为廉价的催化剂。利用共沉淀法制备出一系列钙钛矿结构的La2CuO4亚微米材料,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TG)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和比表面积分析仪(BET)等技术对La2CuO4材料的晶体结构、微观形貌、元素组成以及比表面积等进行了表征。利用紫外/可见/近红外(UV/Vis/NIR)分光光度计对材料的光吸收性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,所制备的La2CuO4材料均已形成单相钙钛矿结构,材料的颗粒大小均匀,其比表面积约为3.056 m2/g;但随着煅烧温度的升高,材料的颗粒有增大趋势。光谱测试结果表明,La2CuO4材料在整个测试波段都具有较好的光吸收表现,尤其在可见光范围显示出优异的光吸收性能。Perovskite-type La2 CuO4 materials are expected to replace precious metals as cheap catalysts due to their excellent catalytic activity and thermal stability.A series of perovskite-structure La2 CuO4 submicron materials were prepared by using co-precipitation method.The crystal structure,micro-morphology,element composition and specific surface area of the La2 CuO4 materials were characterized by using XRD,SEM,TEM,TG,XPS and BET.The optical absorption properties of the materials were measured by ultraviolet/visible/near infrared(UV/Vis/NIR)spectrophotometer.The results show that the La2 CuO4 materials prepared all have formed single-phase perovskite structure,the size of the materials is uniform,and the specific surface area of them is about 3.056 m2/g.However,with the increase of the calcined temperature,the particle size of the materials has an increasing tendency.The spectral measurements show that the La2 CuO4 materials have good optical absorption performance in the whole test band,especially in visible light range.
