摘　　要：各种研究均表明,吸烟不仅对自身健康有着极大的影响,还可能造成两性生殖功能损害,从而导致不孕不育;同时使不良妊娠结局如自发流产、死胎发生的风险上升。另外,吸烟对后代健康,包括新生儿的发育和远期发展也产生各种不利影响;还可能通过遗传物质的改变而代代相传。本文就吸烟对妊娠及后代发育的影响进行综述。Various studies have shown that smoking not only has a great impact on our own health,but also may cause impairment of male or female reproduction function,thus leading to infertility.Meanwhile,smoking increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,including elevation of spontaneous abortion and stillbirth.Moreover,smoking has various adverse influences on the health of offspring,including the impairment of neonatal development and their long-term development.It may also be passed down from generation to generation through changes in genetic material.This paper reviews the impacts of smoking on pregnancy and offspring development.
