摘　　要：简单介绍了宁波中金石化100000 Nm3/h PSA提氢装置工艺流程及原理,重点对此套PSA提氢装置在运行过程中出现的产品氢压力异常波动现象进行分析,找出原因并解决处理。The production principle and process flow of the 100000 Nm3/h PSA hydrogen purification unit of Ningbo Zhongjin Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.were briefly introduced.It focused on the analysis of the abnormal hydrogen pressure fluctuation phenomenon in the operation of the PSA hydrogen purification unit,finded out the reason and solved the problem.
