氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片联合锌硒宝对慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片联合锌硒宝对慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床疗效及对HPV转阴率的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月于该院住院的90例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗组(对照组)与氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片联合锌硒宝治疗组(联合组),每组45例,连续治疗30 d,比较两组患者临床症状的改善情况、近期和远期疗效、治疗前及治疗3个月后血清炎性因子及免疫细胞水平。结果联合组患者阴道排液量、脱痂止血时间以及创面愈合时间均显著少于对照组,联合组总有效率均显著高于对照组,且联合组HPV转阴率为75.55%,显著高于对照组(44.44%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗3个月后,联合组炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),免疫细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,联合组、对照组均未出现宫颈癌患者。结论氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片联合锌硒宝治疗有利于改善局部炎症,提高机体免疫细胞水平,疗效确切,有助于改善患者临床症状、提高HPV转阴率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chlorquinaldol Promestriene vaginal tablets combined with Xinxibao on chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and its influence on HPV negative rate.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic cervicitis with HPV infection were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Chlorquinaldol Promestriene vaginal tablets and the combined group was given Xinxibao tablets on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 30 days.The improvement of clinical symptoms,short-term and long-term effects,serum inflammatory factors and immune cell levels were compared after treatment of the two groups.Results The vaginal drainage volume,the time of removal of scab,and the time of wound healing in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the negative rate of HPV in the combined group was 75.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(44.44%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Three months after treatment,the inflammatory factors in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the immune cells increased before treatment,and the changes in the combined group were more obvious(P<0.05).Twelve months after treatment,there were no cervical cancer patients in the combined group and the control group.Conclusion Chlorquinaldol Promestriene vaginal tablets combined with Xinxibao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the negative rate of HPV.
