摘  要:以纳米碳纤维(CNF)为原料,经氧化纵向剖开获得750 nm宽带状的氧化石墨烯带(GONR),通过浸涂法将其包裹于蜜胺泡沫(MF)表面,将还原GONR/MF再进行十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷(S)处理,成功制得超疏水亲油、力学回弹性好的硅烷/石墨烯纳米带/蜜胺泡沫(S/rGONR/MF).并对材料的微观形貌、力学性能、疏水性、吸附性能、重复使用性与油水分离功能进行了研究.结果表明:石墨烯纳米带与蜜胺泡沫骨架紧密相连,泡沫骨架表面呈现大量褶皱状粗糙结构,且泡沫孔洞结构得到很好保持.疏水角由原来的0°提高到158°.饱和吸油能力达45~70 g/g,且重复使用后吸出的油量仍保持90%以上,可实现对水面浮油与水下重油的高效分离.由此可见,其在油类与有机物泄露污染处理方面有着巨大的应用前景.Graphene oxide nanoribbons(GONR)with the width of^750 nm are prepared by chemical unzipping carbon nanofiber(CNF).Then the flexible and superhydrophobic silane/graphene nanoribbons/melamine foam(S/rGONR/MF)is fabricated by coating graphene oxide nanoribbons onto the skeleton of MF through solution dipping,reduction and followed by silane modification.The structure,mechanical property,hydrophobicity,oil/water separation function,reusability and absorption property of S/rGONR/MF are studied.The results show that rGONR firmly adsorbs on MF skeleton surface and the pore structure is well maintained.S/rGONR/MF has a stable structure with excellent compression-resilience property,hydrophobicity(water contact angle up to 158°)and good absorption capacity(45~70 g/g)even after 20 absorption-squeezing cycles.The foam shows excellent self-cleaning capability and can be used to selectively absorb some oil and organic solvents.Therefore,S/rGONR/MF has a significant application prospect in dealing with oil and organic solvent spillage.
