摘 要:高桩码头下方清淤是一项相对难度较大的施工项目。因为受码头底部结构及净空高度限制,施工作业空间(净空高度)较低,加上受涨落潮高影响,常规作业设备均无法进入码头底部进行削坡作业,疏浚挖泥在空间、时间上均受到限制。在洋山四期疏浚工程中,针对码头下方清淤工程,研究出一种新的耙斗疏浚船清淤施工工艺,其主要优点是施工船每日受潮水影响无法作业的时间大大缩短;消除了工人进入码头下方作业因海水涨潮来不及撤离等的安全隐患;作业时不需要抛锚,避免了与抓斗船的锚缆冲突,提高了安全系数,并增加了施工水域的有效作业面;经工程验证,有效提高了码头下方作业效率,完善了疏浚工艺。Dredging under high pile wharf is a relatively difficult construction project. Due to the limitation of structure and clearance height at the bottom of the wharf, the construction operation space(clearance height) is relatively low. In addition,under the influence of high tide, conventional operation equipment cannot enter the bottom of the wharf for slope cutting, and dredging is restricted in space and time. In the dredging project of Yangshan deep water port area phase Ⅳ project, a new dredging technology under the wharf was developed. Its main advantages are the time that the construction ship is unable to work under the influence of the tide every day is shortened, eliminates the workers into the bridge tunnel operation due to the sea tide too late to evacuate and other safety hazards. Anchoring is not necessary during the operation, which avoids the conflict with the anchor cable of the grab boat, improves the safety factor, and increases the effective working surface of the construction water area.Through the engineering verification, the operation efficiency under the wharf is effectively improved and the dredging technology is improved.
