摘 要:目前港区项目二维规划难以综合考虑周边建设环境影响,难以有效地协调港区内各专业之间的关系,为了解决传统港区规划方法的不足,引入建筑信息模型(BIM)对港区项目进行三维协调规划设计,基于Autodesk系列软件,分析了BIM规划协同设计环境,研究出港区规划BIM应用的技术路线,实现了基于BIM技术的港区创建、水陆规划设计和三维效果展示,最后对连云港港徐圩港区总体规划项目进行实际应用。为今后港区规划,乃至其他相似的规划设计的创新与发展提供参考。At present,it is difficult to comprehensively consider the environmental impact of surrounding construction in twodimensional planning of port projects.And it is difficult to effectively coordinate the relationships among the specialties in the port area.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional port planning methods,we introduced BIM to carry out threedimensional coordinated planning and design for port projects.Based on the series of Autodesk software,the BIM planning collaborative design environment was analyzed,the technical route of BIM application in port area planning was researched,the harbor scene creation,land and water planning design and three-dimensional effect display based on BIM technology were realized.Finally,the overall planning project of Xuwei Port Area of Lianyungang Port was applied in practice.It provides reference for the innovation and development of port planning and other similar planning and design in the future.
