摘  要:目的:分析黑龙江省东部地区某医院2018-10~2019-09这一年内儿童EB病毒的检出情况。方法:回顾性分析2018-10~2019-09在我院接受EB病毒检测的剔除同一患者的非重复6994名儿童患者的EB病毒检测结果,根据不同性别,不同年龄儿童的病毒检出情况并且结合临床症状进行分析。结果:2018-10~2019-09进行EB病毒检测的人数为6994例,其中男生3786例,阳性数为532例,检出率为14.05%;女生3208例,阳性数为430例,检出率为13.40%。EB病毒阳性的男女构成比分别为55.30%和44.70%,男生阳性比例高于女生。检测EB病毒阳性的儿童以≤4岁这个年龄段为主,其次是5~8岁。检测的EB病毒的核酸载量也有所不同,分为以下几个区间:≤5000,占47.40%;5000~10000,占19.75%;10000~50000,占22.04%;50000~100000,占5.72%以及>100000,占5.09%。EB病毒的检出率存在季节差异,春季的检出率为12.44%(279/2243);夏季的检出率为14.96%(219/1464);秋季的检出率为15.68%(220/1403)以及冬季的检出率为12.95%(244/1884)。结论:EB病毒的感染情况男女存在一定差异,我院EB病毒的男性检出率高于女性,主要以≤4岁这个年龄段为主,说明儿童的年龄越小,机体免疫功能低下,EB病毒感染的可能性越大。病毒的核酸载量以≤5000为主。Objective:The detection of epstein-barr virus in children in a hospital in eastern heilongjiang province from October 2018 to September 2019 was analyzed to provide support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of epstein-barr virus.Methods:The test results of epstein-barr virus in 6994 children who received epstein-barr virus test in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the repeated tests of the same child were excluded.The virus detection and clinical symptoms of children with different sex and age were analyzed.Results:Epstein-barr virus was detected in 6994 cases,including 3786 males with a positive rate of 14.05%(532/3786)and 3208 females with a positive rate of 13.40%(430/3208).The male to female ratio of epstein-barr virus positive children was 55.30%vs.44.70%,with a higher proportion of males than females.Among all children,the most positive epstein-barr virus was detected in children aged less than or equal to 4 years old,followed by 5 to 8 years old.The detected EB viral nucleic acid load was also different,which was divided into the following sections:≤5000,47.40%;5000~10000,19.75%;10000~50000,22.04%;50000~100000,5.72%;>100000,5.09%.There were seasonal differences in the detection rate of EB virus,with 12.44%(279/2243)in spring,14.96%(219/1464)in summer,15.68%(220/1403)in autumn and 12.95%(244/1884)in winter.Conclusion:There are gender and age differences in epstein-barr virus infection.In this study,the detection rate of epstein-barr virus was higher in men than in women,and the age≤4 years was the highest in children.This indicates that the younger the age,the lower the immune function of the body,the more likely it is to be infected by epstein-barr virus.The nucleic acid load of the virus is less than or equal to 5000.
