心理干预辅助含阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮的四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨含阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联疗法联合心理干预治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法100例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用兰索拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮和铝碳酸镁四联疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预每周1次,1 h/次。2组患者疗程均为6周。比较2组患者的临床疗效,幽门螺杆菌清除率,焦虑和抑郁情况,健康行为能力以及不良反应。结果2组患者临床疗效和幽门螺杆菌清除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著下降,研究组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者营养状况、心理安适度、运动能力、健康责任评分以及总分均显著升高,且研究组患者营养状况,心理安适度,运动能力,健康责任评分以及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁、兰索拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联方案联合心理干预治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡能明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的健康行为能力。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of quadruple therapy including amoxicillin and furazolidone combined with psychological intervention in treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred patients with Helicobacter pylori-related gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by quadruple therapy including lansoprazole,amoxicillin,furazolidone and magnesium aluminum carbonate,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by psychological intervention,1 hour once,once a week,with a treatment course of 6 weks for both groups.The clinical curative effects,clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),anxiety and depression status,health behavior ability and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in clinical curative effects and clearance rate of Hp between the two groups(P>0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in both groups were decreased significantly after treatment,moreover,which in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nutritional status,psychological comfort extent,exercise ability,health responsibility score and total scores research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion The quadruple therapy of magnesium aluminium carbonate,lansoprazole,amoxicillin and furazolidone combined with psychological intervention in treatment of Hp related gastric ulcer can significantly improve the anxiety and depression emotion of patients,and improve their health behavior ability.
