人力资本投资对农民非农就业的影响研究——来自CFPS的经验证据

摘　　要：在农业现代化和乡村振兴战略的背景下,农民的主体地位不可忽视。本文一方面从理论层面分析了人力资本投资对农民非农就业的作用机理;另一方面从CFPS数据库中寻找到经验证据,运用logistic回归对农民非农就业影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,农村居民人力资本教育投资、健康投资和迁移投资都对农民非农就业有显著影响,其中迁移投资影响最显著,健康投资其次。因此,要促进农民非农就业,提高农民非农收入,必须重视对农民的人力资本投资。Under the background of the continuous implementation of agricultural modernization and Rural Revitalization Strategy,the dominant position of farmers can not be ignored.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the mechanism of human capital investment on farmers'non-agricultural employment from the theoretical level;on the other hand,it finds empirical evidence from CFPS database,and uses logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of farmers'non-agricultural employment.The results show that the human capital education investment,health investment and migration investment of rural residents have significant impact on the non-agricultural employment of farmers,among which migration investment has the most significant impact,followed by health investment.Therefore,in order to promote the non-agricultural employment and increase the non-agricultural income of farmers,we must pay attention to the human capital investment of farmers.
