江苏淮河文化产业发展探究——基于淮河生态经济带建设背景

摘　　要：淮河流域江苏、安徽、河南等省联合提出的建设淮河生态经济带的构想,得到国家层面的高度重视,已经正式上升为国家战略。建设淮河生态经济带不仅有利于区域经济和社会发展,同时也给淮河流域文化的保护、传承与发展带来机遇。江苏省特别是相对欠发达的苏北淮河流域城市,应借助区域丰富的文化资源,发展文化产业,把淮河流域建设成文化产业发展高地。淮河文化产业发展应以文化保护与传承为前提,凸显特色,把握好淮河文化特性,处理和协调好淮河生态经济带建设与淮河文化产业发展的互动关系;强化措施,推进淮河文化产业发展,提升区域文化影响力。Huai River is one of the 7 largest rivers in China,which has profound historic and cultural deposits.Provinces along the Huai River basin,including Jiangsu,Anhui and Henan jointly put forward the idea of constructing Huai River ecological economic belt,which has draw high attention from the national level and has been officially acknowledged as a national strategy.Constructing Huai River ecological economic belt not only is beneficial to regional economic and social development,but also brings opportunities to the cultural protection,inheritance and development in the Huai River basin.Jiangsu,especially the relatively underdeveloped cities in the north,should make use of the rich cultural resources in the basin to develop cultural industries and try to construct Huai River basin into a highland of cultural industries.For the development of cultural industries,it should be based on the premise of cultural protection and inheritance,highlight its features,grasp the cultural characteristics of Huai River,handle and coordinate the interaction between Huai River ecological economic belt construction and Huai River cultural industry development;strengthen measures to promote the development of its cultural industries and improve its regional cultural influence.
