摘　　要：大坝安全事关沿河人民生命财产安全,事关社会发展稳定,而安全监测与分析是保证大坝安全的重要手段。安全监测主要包括巡视检查、变形监测、渗流监测、压(应)力监测、环境量监测等,在大坝施工期、初蓄期和运行期,都要按规定做好监测并及时分析。The safety of dams is closely related to the life and property of people along the river, and also stability of social development. Thus, monitoring and assessment can play a critical role of ensuring dam safety. The safety monitoring mainly includes walk-around inspection, deformation detection, seepage monitoring, pressure(stress)monitoring and environmental monitoring. During the construction, initial impoundment and operation periods,monitoring and timely analysis should be conducted according to relevant rules and regulations.
