卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市友谊医院就诊的80例冠心病心肌缺血患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采常规冠心病心肌缺血的治疗方式,试验组40例采取卡维地洛联合尼可地尔治疗,比较两组临床有效率情况和24 h ST段压低的次数,ST段压低的总持续时间。结果试验组和对照组ST段压低的次数、ST段压低的总持续时间治疗前无统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后试验组ST段压低的次数、ST段压低的总持续时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心肌缺血患者采取卡维地洛联合尼可地尔进行治疗,可以有效的提高患者的临床有效率,改善心电图的ST段,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol combined with nicodil in the treatment of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in dalian friendship hospital,hospital of 80 patients with coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases of normal myocardial ischemia of coronary artery disease treatment,treatment group 40 cases taking carvedilol united,can treat in Bristol,comparing two groups of clinical effectiveness and ST segment 24 hours down the number of times the total duration of ST segment down.Results the number of ST segment depression and the total duration of ST segment depression in the experimental group and the control group were not statistically different before treatment(P<0.05),while the number of ST segment depression and the total duration of ST segment depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol combined with nikedil for the treatment of myocardial ischemia patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the clinical efficiency of patients and improve the ST segment of electrocardiogram,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
