对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者采取前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者采取前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗的临床效果分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市友谊医院内分泌二科病房就诊的80例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者,在基础血糖控制平稳的状态下,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取贝那普利治疗,试验组40例采取前列地尔联合贝那普利进行治疗,比较24 h尿蛋白含量与24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率及临床有效率。结果两组患者治疗前比较,24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后比较,试验组24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者临床有效率比较,试验组临床有效率为97.5%,对照组临床有效率为85.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者采用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗,可以有效的控制蛋白尿,不良反应较低,值得在临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in dalian friendship hospital endocrine family ward 2 of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria,based glucose control in steady state,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group 40 cases adopting the captopril treatment,treatment group 40 cases with take the forefront in Bristol bay that captopril treatment,comparing in 24 h urine protein and micro 24 h urine albumin excretion rate and clinical effectiveness.Results Comparing two groups of patients before treatment,the 24 h urine protein,24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate no statistical difference(P>0.05),after treatment,patients in 24 h urine protein,24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of patients with clinical effectiveness comparison,treatment group effective rate was 97.5%,the control group in clinical effective rate was 85.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril in diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria can effectively control proteinuria with low adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
