网织红细胞参数在贫血性诊断中的意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨网织红细胞参数在贫血性诊断中的意义。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在沈阳市安宁医院就诊的120例不同类型的贫血患者,按照贫血的类型不同分为溶血性贫血组30例,再生障碍性贫血组30例,缺铁性贫血组30例,健康对照组30例,和30例健康的体检人群,比较两组,网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、网织红细胞百分率(RET%)、未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF%)、低荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(LFR%)、中荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(MFR%)和高荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(HFR%)进行检测。结果贫血患者的网织红细胞参数明显与健康患者存在差异,其中溶血性贫血患者。RET#、RET%、IRF、NRF%、HFR%显著升高,LFR%显著降低(P<0.05);缺铁性贫血患者RET#、REF%、IRF、MRF%、HFR%轻度升高,LFR%轻度降低(P>0.05);再生障碍性贫血患者REF#、RET%显著降低,IRF、MFR%、HFR%显著升高(P<0.05),而LFR%轻度降低(P>0.05)。结论网红细胞参数对疾病贫血有一定的鉴别作用,特别是IRF%、LFR%、MFR%、HFR%,对贫血有一定的诊断和鉴别作用。Objective To investigate the significance of reticulocyte parameters in the diagnosis of anemia.Methods Selection in June 2017 to June 2018 in shenyang peace hospital clinical laboratory diagnosis of 120 cases of different types of anemia patients,according to the type of anemia is divided into different hemolytic anemia group and control group,30 cases of aplastic anemia group of 30 cases,iron deficiency anemia group of 30 cases,30 cases of healthy controls and 30 cases of healthy check-up crowd,compared two groups,Reticulocyte absolute value(RET#),reticulocyte percentage(RET%),the percentage of immature reticulocyte(IRF%),low intensity of fluorescent reticulocyte percentage(LFR%),the fluorescence intensity of reticulocyte percentage%(MFR)and high intensity of fluorescent reticulocyte percentage(HFR%)for testing.Results the parameters of reticulocyte in anemia patients were significantly different from those in healthy patients,including hemolytic anemia patients.RET#,RET%,IRF,NRF%,HFR%were significantly increased and LFR%was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In patients with iron-deficiency anemia,RET#,REF%,IRF,MRF%,HFR%were slightly increased and LFR%was slightly decreased(P>0.05).REF#and RET%were significantly decreased,IRF,MFR%and HFR%were significantly increased in aplastic anemia patients(P<0.05),while LFR%was slightly decreased(P>0.05).Conclusion Reticulum erythrocyte parameters have certain differential effect on anemia,especially IRF%,LFR%,MFR%,HFR%,have certain diagnostic and differential effect on anemia.
