摘　　要：T大颗粒淋巴细胞白血病(T-LGLL)是一种罕见的淋巴细胞增生性疾病,初始症状主要在于反复细菌感染。一位患者因全身乏力3d,右侧腰髋部疼痛1d入院,考虑金黄色葡萄球菌所致的脓毒性休克,经及时有效的抗感染、血液净化及对症支持治疗,最终病情得以控制,生命体征恢复平稳,并确诊为T-LGLL。T-large granular lymphocytic leukemia(T-LGLL)is a rare lymphocyte hyperplasia disease with primary symptoms of repeated bacterial infections.A patient was admitted to systemic fatigue for 3 days and right lumbar hip pain for 1 day,considered the septic shock caused by staphylococcus aureus,and the disease was effective in the treatment of the anti-infection,blood purification and the supportive treatment,and the final disease was controlled,and vital signs was restored to a stable,and was diagnosed with the T-LGLL.
