摘 要:反渗透技术发展的制约因素并不局限于膜材料研究、膜堆设计优化,预处理技术也会影响RO系统性能。适当的预处理方法可有效减轻反渗透膜污染,以使海水淡化装置能够长期稳定运行。分析了反渗透海水淡化传统预处理技术及膜法预处理技术,并列举了工程实例,为后续反渗透系统的设计提供了参考和借鉴。The restrictive factors for thedevelopmentof reverse osmosis technology are not limited to material research,module design and optimization,also including feed water pretreatment,which directly affects RO system performance.Suitable pretreatment technology can effectively reduce the pollution of RO membrane and improve the stability of RO system.Conventional pretreatment and ultrafiltration membrane pretreatment are analyzed and relative project examples are introduced,which provide reference for the design of subsequent reverse osmosis system.
