摘  要:对非传统的微钻技术的演变过程、分类等进行了概述,总结了非传统的微钻孔最新的生产方法和技术,阐述了非传统微钻技术的发展趋势和技术要求,同时说明了未来的需求和存在的缺点,并提出克服这些缺陷的建议。The evolution process,technological classification,geometric structure and materials used in term of the unconventional micro-drilling technology were summarized.The latest production methods and technologies on the unconventional micro-drilling technology were presented.Then the development trend and technical requirements on the unconventional micro-drilling technology were described.Furthermore,the future requirements and the existing shortcomings were also explained.At last,some suggestions to overcome these shortcomings were put forward.
