高炉灰中未燃煤粉含量检测方法研究

摘  要:为提高高炉灰中未燃煤粉含量的检测效率及准确性,提出了一种矿相分析和化学成分分析相结合的新型检测方法。该方法利用研磨样代替镶嵌样,并用高炉灰化学成分分析对矿相分析进行验证。结果表明:铁与未燃煤粉含量的检测结果标准差分别为1.01%和0.62%,小于统计学的规定要求,说明该新型检测方法准确性良好。In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy in terms of the content in unburned pulverized coal in dust from blast furnace,the new detection method combining mineral phase analysis and chemical composition analysis was proposed.In this method,the ground samples were used instead of inlaid samples while the chemical analysis on compositions of dust from blast furnace was used to verify the mineral phase analysis.The results demonstred that the standard deviation of the content of iron and unburned pulverized coal were 1.01%and 0.62%respectively,which were less than the requirements asked by statistics,indicating that the accuracy of the new method was good.
